Basically what are the best physical activities to do in order to be prepared for the Marines Boot camp? What im looking for is something that may actually kind of simulate what Marines have to go through in boot camp on a day to day basis?

Start running. A LOT. Like 4 miles a day. Start doing pushups. A LOT. Like 200 a day.

Of course you have to run, alot. Get used to drinking water often. Push ups and practice situps/ crunches. Males have to preform pull ups (20 max) for their pft’s females do the flexed arm hang. Your local recruiter can help you work on your pft scores.
