And you make a good point about Chinese disadvantages. Let’s also keep in mind the numbers of tanks on either side. The Chinese have thousands of tanks, but only a few hundred of them can be considered modern. The US Army has several thousand of the very modern M1 Abrams tanks.

The Chinese military has two disadvantages against the Americans. America has one of the largest and most advanced air force while the Chinese are still using Mig-21′s. Yes, the Chinese Air Force does have a small handful of Su-27′s even so they still don’t match against Raptors.
Second disadvantage is the Chinese navy is puny compared to the US Fleet. They do have a few old carriers bought from the Russians but nowhere near as modern as the US’s.

All are conflicts as Congress never formally declared war. They just authorized the President to conduct military engagements.
And in Korea Truman cited he was authorized by a UN resolution.

If both side’s equipments are the same, China would win. But their equipments are never equal. US’s tactic on the battle field; suppression fire, basically wasting loads of clips to pin the enemy, and make sure that the enemy cannot move. Chinese soldiers are taught to never waste a single shell of bullet, and their carrying capacity is very limited. Lets say if a Chinese soldier carries 5 clips, 3 nades, a US marine would carry 15 clips, and possibly 7 nades. Suppression fire wins.

China as a communist state has been around for about sixty years. The United States of America as it is now has been around since 1776, so about 232 years. If you consider the Civil War to be the point where the USA truly became what it is today, then it’s still one-hundred and forty-five years old. Therefore, the States is in fact older.

It is not a secret that the Chinese military have extensive systems of agility training.
How do the Americans train their soldiers? Just weight lifting? Do they have a focus on strength over speed? I mean, their track and field athletes are the best, its not like “Americans can’t run fast” or something. What happened to their marines?
