    they didnt shoot a mosque for no reason, there were insurgents in there. where do you get your info? you obviously have no clue of what your talking about. The US Military does not kill people for no reason. The US Military is in fact the most careful to not shoot civilians.     I won’t question your experience but I am curious for which country your served an when; Your nationality isn’t listed in your profile

    there are groups here saying some of the same things, and we also have groups saying the exact polar opposite, i don’t suspect either of all conspiring to tell the same lies, people just have different experiences and war sucks and people react different

    but MY experience with american servicemen so far is 90% honorable, 10% stupid assholes

    I know very well what it is to be a soldier in a war. Don’t write me off as some kid in front of a computer his parents gave him. I’ve been there, I’ve done that. As a young kid back then I saw it much like you do: an opportunity. But now I know I was used as a pawn in a scheme I couldn’t fully grasp.

    A soldier is like a whore with the government as is his pimp.

    They’re the exception, and I judge this off of all the Marines, soldiers, sailors, and airmen, I’ve met prepping for joining the corps looking into what i want to do in my career.

    People who have no desire to serve it seems never understand the motivation of others to serve.

    It isn’t out of blood lust that I’m enlisting, it’s to better myself and have the OPPORTUNITY to serve the country that has given my family so much.

    You seem to have a very skewed idea of our casualties in the war, bud

    You’re becoming a marine? Then I bid you farewell. Because, even if you don’t get your ass killed, you will never be yourself again, not with all the brainwashing you’ll undergo in your training. I just hope you’re not doing this out of blood lust. And if you’re smart or lucky, you’ll come back home with half of your body blown off and run for the Democratic Party.
