		<description>Some of the armed services actually have the physical requirements on their websites of what they need you to do in order to pass.  Now granted that is a minimum of what you need to do and they probably make you do much of that in the same day to build you up.  But I&#039;m sure you can find something somewhere on the internet.</description>
