I need an sample work out plan to get me in to shape but I haven’t worked out in a while and I don’t want to over exert myself. Any ideas on what a good plan would be?

Btw, I have to be able to do 32 sit ups and 15 push ups in a minute (each) and run 1 1/2 miles in 15 minutes.

    run run and run, build up to three miles in a half hour,,, if you gotta stop then walk really fast, pushups and sit ups,, do bicycle kick situps too,

    Some of the armed services actually have the physical requirements on their websites of what they need you to do in order to pass. Now granted that is a minimum of what you need to do and they probably make you do much of that in the same day to build you up. But I’m sure you can find something somewhere on the internet.

    You will want to do both cardio and strength. cardio is the biggest thing you will want to work on.
