You must get into shape, so do set ups, push ups, pull ups and run daily. try to progress each day. In the time you have left, you should be in pretty good shape.

im leaving in 3.5 months for san diego. i run 3 miles every day and walk 3 miles, sometimes its good to throw on a backpack with about 40 lbs. lift weights, push ups, sit ups and pull ups. by the time i leave i plan on changing it to 5 miles each

Ask your recruiter for a training schedule. They have them available for you for free. It’s not just the exercises, but it’s a whole workout schedule specifically designed to get you in shape for boot camp. Your recruiter should also have some time at least once a week to work out with Poole’s.
