basically max out push-ups, 3 sets in the morning and max out crunches 3 sets 3-4 hours later.
if you cant do any pull-ups do the girl pull-ups where you hold your chin above the bar. you can learn to do pull-ups however if someone can hold your ankles and assist you up.
last summer i couldnt do a single pull-up and by having a marine hold my ankles and help me up, i can do about 7-8 by myself now and am trying to get to 12 to qualify for marines.
if you can do a couple of pull-ups, you will get respect. running try to do 3 miles under 25 minutes but if you can do them in 20-24 minutes you’re good to go.
good luck devil!

it’s more mental than physical. you need to train physically. build on endurance. run and run, then run some more. and thank you for your decision and i wish you the best of luck

See your local recruiter for the specifics but run, run, run!
Sit-ups and dead arm hangs.
For the most part, Boot Camp is mental, but that doesn’t mean that the physical part should be ignored.
Good Luck!
