They already know if you’ve passed your GCSEs, I didnt take any of my certificates and I didnt take any tests.

Have you taken the PRMC? If you have, could you tell me if during the PRMC we must complete another psychometric test? As i have heard if you take your GCSE certificates along with you, you don’t have to complete the PT. Cheers.

gym test 1 targets are: 60 press ups, 80 sit ups, 6 pull ups, level 13 bleep test.
gym test 2 i think you do 5 different short team games. Think it’s to show how you work in a team and the effort you put in really. you can look up PRMC on google it has it all on wikipedia too.

What do the Gym tests consist of?
By 2Pac515 on Jul 27, 2008 | Reply
Yeah I know man it’s gonna be tough but I know I’ll pass the 3 miler and gym test 1 easy enough. Just the determination test, assault course, and gym test 2 i’ve gotta worry about. To be honest though i’m more worried about small things like how I address everyone down there.

mate. It wont be easy. Iv known people that have said it is so hard compared to your RMAD. They push you untill you feel like giving in and collapsing. Go in to it confidently but not cocky.
Good luck.

you know often or not shin splints is due to the type of trainer you are using! i have been running for over 8 month now and have never had shin splints! if you do long distance running use thick and cushioned souled trainers, these will lesson the impact on your shins with each step and also provide more ankle support! you can also find trainers that actually cover your ankles! these are really good for support!

iv jst compleated my prmc n gt back today and i gt shin splints 4 weeks befor n was well bumed out but what i did was went 2 my doctor n he perscribed me this voltaren gel (anti-inflammatory) which was a big help. but if uv had them 4 over a year then the part of calf muscle that is hurting is probebly not strong enouth and needs strengthning. type in shin splints on utube n thers usually sum exercises u can do to help strengthen them.
