Everybody’s metabolism and body structure is unique and it depends on other factors as well, and you are asking and impossible question as well ok you can do everything perfectly fine that does not mean you are going to loose lets say 2% body fat ok it all depends on your body make up and what you have been doing to your body before you entered the military and I served ten years in the military so I am not just blowing smoke ok it depends on some of the factors I just mentioned to you ok.

When I went thru Marine Corps bootcamp when I was 18 I weighed around 175 pounds. I had a little bit of a gut on me. After the 11 weeks, I still weighed 175 lbs. but had the first six pack of my life. You won’t have a chance to do just everything just “good” in boot camp. The D.I.’s will make you do everything perfect. By the end, you shouldn’t have an ounce of fat on you! Sorry I can’t give a answer on body fat index, but it will be much much lower. I’d like to thank you in advance for your service to our country!

It depends on the amount of body fat you start off with - my friend in British TA has only 4.5% but you cant see it on him
Then again he never was that fat - he has gained muscle though
